zones of regulacion.

 Hello readers today I will be telling you a little bit about the zones of regulation. Red zone- you feel angry, out of control, throwing, elated. I cant control myself wene I'm in the red zone and for coping skills I sing. yellow zone- frustrated, panic. I do breathing wene I fell frustrated. Green zone  happy, calm  the blue zone is  sad  bye hope you like my blog post .
