For math we are learning about probability. Today we had to make spinners and make a graph. You could make a graph on your computer or on a piece of paper. I made my graph on my computer. We had to spin the spinier and graph the data.

Swallowed by a whale

Dear Readers,

We have been learning how to write a recount.As a year 6's we need to  say who, why, what, where, when and how. We need to write in first person (I) and are told in past tense.we have been focusing on using dialogue, emotions and strong vocabulary.

We watched a YouTube video about a diver being Swallowed by a whale and listened to his Interviewer .You can watch video here.

Here is my Interviewer that I wrote ,imagining I was the diver and telling my recount of this experience.

 

 Interviewer:  were you taking photos  of before you got swallowed by the Whale ? 

Diver  I was taking photos of the sardines because it was very cool and fun to look that an I noticed that it can attract sharks,whales and lot of marine animals .

Interviewer:before the whale grabbed you did you see the Whale coming to you ?

Diver   I did  not see the  big whale come to me .

 Interviewer: what did  it feel like when you where inside the Whale ?Diver It was pushed my head together and I could feel the pressure and could feel the pressure and instantly.

Robbery story

This week we have  been learning about recount. A recount is a story and you have to use I  because you are part of the story and we use past tense in a recount. Our  lovey teacher showed us a story about robbery animation so I have to be the one in the story here is my recount writing. outside the diary. I noticed that  there was one men wearing a brown ski mask  he have very big eyebrows  and  big fat lips  . I noticed that  it was very strange because  in mover they have then for robber  . There was a other one men in the car he have a blue hoodie and he have  big lips and eyebrows he have on ski mask so he have  to put the hoodie on because he did not have  one . The tow men  walked towards to the dairy the little men walk into the door  he was think that it was open   the bigger men open the door the little man  have a big bag  he   put it up on the table and said .
